Hi every1, today I’m gonna share with you a very simple JavaScript hack, all you need to do is copy and paste the code below into your web browser, then you can edit everything on that page. It’s just for fun, coz everything will return to original once the page is reloaded.
The above Javascript trick can apply to any website including Google, Yahoo or MSN. It’s make a website editable and allow user to change the content. However the changes only apply to the current browser and no affect on the “real content”.
A holy man was having a conversation with the Lord one day and said,’Lord, I would like to know what Heaven and Hell are like.’ The Lord led the holy man to two doors. He opened one of the doors and the holy man looked in. In the middle of the room was a large round table. In the middle of the table was a large pot of stew, which smelled delicious and made the holy man’s mouth water. The people sitting around the table were thin and sickly. They appeared to be famished. They were holding spoons with very long handles that were strapped to their arms and each found it possible to reach into the pot of stew and take a spoonful. But because the handle was longer than their arms, they could not get the spoons back into their mouths. The holy man shuddered at the sight of their misery and suffering.
The Lord said, ‘You have seen Hell.’ They went to the next room and opened the door. It was exactly the same as the first one. There was the large round table with the large pot of stew which made the holy man’s mouth water. The people were equipped with the same long-handled spoons, but here the people were well nourished and plump, laughing and talking. The holy man said, ‘I don’t understand. It is simple,’ said the Lord. ‘It requires but one skill. You see they have learned to feed each other, while the greedy think only of themselves.’
One day I decided to quit…
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality… I wanted to quit my life.
I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
“God”, I asked, “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”
His answer surprised me…
“Look around”, He said. “Do you see the fern and the bamboo?”
“Yes”, I replied.
“When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them.
Giving WordPress its Own Directory While Leaving Your Blog in the Root Directory
Many people want WordPress to power their site’s root (e.g. http://example.com) but they don’t want all of the WordPress files cluttering up their root directory. WordPress allows you to install the WordPress files to a subdirectory, but have your blog exist in the site root.
The process to move WordPress into its own directory is as follows: Read more…
“… It is improtant to know what experiences to put your faith in. If you have an unpleasant experience, have faith that you will learn something new, useful or productive. When you have a pleasant or productive experience, have faith that you can duplicate the experience and make it better. Have faith that your mind and heart will always be open to bigger, better experiences than those you already had… “
- No one can go back and make a brand new start. Anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
- God didn’t promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain. But he did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears and light for the way.
- Disappointments are like road bumps. They slow you down a bit, but you’ll enjoy the smooth road afterwards.
- When something happens to you, bad or good, consider what it means.
- YOu can’t make someone love you. All you can do is being someone who can be loved. The rest is up to the person to realize your worth.
- It’s better to lose your pride to the one you love, than to lose the one you love because of the pride.
… Every time I say that phrase, I feel as if the cavern inside me has grown again… Mayb I’m not the one she needs. The thought fills me with an almost unbearables sadness…
